We\u2019re looking for a Head of Operations to assist the Operations Director and wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in delivering an exceptional service to our customers, laying the foundations for our ambitious plans for the future.<\/p>\n
Key to this is ensuring robust compliance with both our internal policies and our regulatory and operators licensing requirements while overseeing our Training School, team of Service Delivery Inspectors and providing guidance to our Operations Managers.<\/p>\n
What we need from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n Ideally, you\u2019re an existing Operations Manager with a proven track record who is ready to progress their career. \nA leader with an extensive knowledge of bus operations and regulatory compliance as well as having strong general business and financial planning acumen.
\nAn excellent communicator who can engage with our colleagues, customers and stakeholders and who is passionate about delivering our objectives.
\nThat you hold or are working towards your Transport Manager CPC and evidence of continuous professional development.<\/p>\n
\n34 days annual leave including bank holidays.
