Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer focused service ensuring that all business objectives, standards, and targets are achieved.<\/p>\n You will have excellent and relevant transport management experience, with a people focused approach to leadership, and you will take ownership of your areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with required standards.<\/p>\n You will have an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and experience gained in a unionised environment within the transport sector. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, consistent with the requirements of the role.
