\u201cTechnology has its pros and its cons. When it works, it\u2019s great, for certain things. When it fails, it\u2019s a pain in the behind. Because it\u2019s like, I don\u2019t have a way to go around it. And I have to call a special technician,\u201d said Marcus McKnight, a bus driver for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
