CLdN today announced the start of a multimillion-pound investment in its Brocklebank terminal at the\u00a0 Port of Liverpool. These investments are part of CLdN\u2019s plans to increase capacity on its Liverpool Dublin route.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
The infrastructure upgrades at the terminal will improve the use of space and enhance the flow of cargo\u00a0 movements while a new gate set-up, improved drivers\u2019 facilities and new terminal operating system will\u00a0 increase efficiency and lead to an improved customer experience for dropping off and picking up cargo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
The enhancements to the quayside will also facilitate the use of the terminal by larger, more\u00a0 environmentally friendly ships.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Commenting on the investment Gary Walker, Chief Operating Officer of CLdN RoRo, said: \u201cThese\u00a0 upgrades are part of the CLdN group strategy of investing in its UK port infrastructure and further\u00a0 reducing the carbon footprint of its operations.
