We provide local bus services in and around South Buckinghamshire radiating from High Wycombe, where our depot is located. Our buses serve a number of locations including Reading, Slough, Uxbridge and Heathrow Airport.<\/p>\n As a result of the recent expansion of Carousel Buses, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join the team. \nMaintain good working relationships with Unite the Union
\nMonitor compliance, liaising with the Head of Operations, Head of Commercial, and Assistant Operations Manager to maximise tracking performance, and addressing punctuality concerns, ensuring that targets agreed are reached and maintained
\nManagement and support of direct reports to ensure workload is appropriate for the roles, setting challenging targets and reviewing succession and talent planning<\/p>\n
