Radius, the global mobility and connectivity leader headquartered in Crewe, has announced a £10 million investment into its EV division, Radius Charge.
The multi-million investment comes as Radius recently acquired two EV solutions companies, EV Charging Solutions and EV Back Office and is nearing the completion of its new technology hub in Crewe. The funds are also being used to bolster the head count within the team as well as investment into charging hardware.
Radius is now uniquely placed to support businesses with their EV transition and charging needs as they prioritise sustainability to meet government targets to end the sale of new petrol and diesel vehicles by 2030. In addition, the investment will enable it to provide first rate service, global leading software and technical innovation to keep a focus on developing solutions as technology and trends progress.
With such significant investment into Radius Charge, the company now offers an end-to-end EV solution for customers including:
Assessing commercial fleet readiness for the EV switch
Installing EV chargers
EV leasing
EV charge cards
Supplying renewable energy and energy management
Providing software to operate chargers
Radius Charge is working with a leading range of well-known partners to deliver its service and maximise its reach. From providing vehicles to installing charge points, the company can now get businesses up and running with their EV solutions within 14 days.
