Operations Director
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our really good bus company and we’re on the hunt for someone to join our Senior Leadership Team as Operations Director and lead the operational teams in one of the most dynamic, customer focused and forward thinking group of bus companies in the UK.
The individual
At trentbarton we’re all about people, and we’re looking to find someone to oversee and lead the operations teams at trentbarton, Kinchbus and all other bus companies within the Wellglade Group. The individual must be a driven, self-motivated leader capable of inspiring a team to meet their full potential. They will have excellent communication skills and set the highest of standards for themselves and those around them.
The individual will have extensive experience of delivering the highest standards in bus operational performance. They will have experience of setting and delivering against numerous KPIs, reporting on such, and enacting change to continually raise standards, with an obsessive attention to detail.
They will also have the ability to represent the groups interests, build strong relationships, and lead local and national stakeholder engagement. They will have a thorough understanding of bus service compliance and hold a CPC Transport Manager qualification.
