We have a rare opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer focused service ensuring that all business objectives, standards, and targets are achieved.
You will have excellent and relevant transport management experience, with a people focused approach to leadership, and you will take ownership of your areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with required standards.
You will have an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, and experience gained in a unionised environment within the transport sector. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, consistent with the requirements of the role. You will also act as Transport Manager on Reading Buses’ ‘O’ licence.
